My items are showing as Sold Out when there is inventory available

It was a while ago but I believe the solution was to select each item and change the “when sold out” option and/or manually inputting the “available “. Both on the inventory screen.

I am trying to follow your steps to get my inventory to show up in Printful. However, I am unable to choose the Printful app as my default location, and unchecking the box as you have recommended is not an option. It’s grayed out. Thank you for any insight.

Were you able to get this resolved? I’m having the same issue but with Printify.

Aliexpress items were showing as sold out after importing.

This is the fix:

On the product editing page, click the 3 dots/ manage sales channels/check the box for “Online Store”

Hi There. Can you help me because, I’m importing products from Tradelle(.)io and I still did that but it shows this:

    I am unable to Uncheck to what to do now please help

I had to create shipping rates and add products to said rates to circumnavigate this. Not sure if that will do it for you but it did for me

Goto inventory page. Click select all button. Choose the bulk edit option when it pops up. Click columns in right top hand corner on the bulk edit page. Check the box that says (continue selling when out of stock) and it will appear as a column. Click on the first column box with the check mark that has appeared (NOT THE CHECK BOX BUT THE COLUMN BOX, then scroll down to the bottom of the inventory list and whiled holding the shift key choose the last product on list (this will enable you to un-click all products on the page at once. THEN CLICK THE CHECK BOX, which will uncheck all products. This should fix you guys problem!

Removing “Track Inventory Quantity” may remove the SOLD OUT notification but it creates an issue in that you need to manually ensure your stock is updated and not sell stock you have actually sold out of. Has anyone found a real solution to this issue?

If you are using any dropshipping app like CJ dropshipping, Dsers, etc., then adding that app’s shipping rates would resolve that problem.

I’ve tried everything that everyone on here has mentioned nothing has worked but I found a solution I had to go to my themes setting and change the sold out button to a add to cart button and I just tested it on my store and now it works

For those who still struggling in 2025: Make sure you add the “Markets” just above the Shipping zones. This fixed my issue.
