My JKTreasures website has only had 12 sales since opening in January, how can I increase sales?

I was ticking along nicely on eBay for years, paying their private sellers fees and then they forced me to change to a business account where the fees are around 18.6% when you add all the different fee components up, which often completely cancels out any profits I stand to make. I don’t work on big profit margins as I sell jewellery to make a reasonable living and because I love it! To make any profit, I’ve had to raise my prices, which understandably has caused my eBay sales to dry up. As such, I decided in January to set up my business and Shopify website called JKTreasures. Since then I’ve only had 12 sales. I’ve had positive comments from people who have looked at my site and I know my prices are competitive. I am almost daily posting my items on instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, but it hasn’t really made a difference. I know the first advice will be to pay for promotions but I don’t have the finances to do that, as I said previously, I work on small profit margins. I’m really not very tech savvy and I’ve struggled to do what I’m doing so far but I’d be very grateful if someone could look at my site and tell me if I’m really going wrong somewhere and maybe give me some advice on actions I can take that won’t cost a lot. I thank you in advance for your time.

Thank you for your suggestions, I’m sorry I can’t reply to the message you sent on messenger but for some reason it’s not letting me switch between my private and personal accounts!

I do have an about me page and a testimonials page showing feedback via eBay and I explain that they can check eBay out for over 500 more reviews. I don’t offer product guarantees as I sell preowned jewellery, I also generally only have 1 of each item. My account is linked to Google but reading the reviews on all the trouble linking shopify to YouTube is causing, I have avoided that. I’m not great when tech starts going wrong, as I don’t understand it enough to fix the problems. Thanks for your time
