For 3 days now when I try to load my LIVE view on my shopify app on my s20 I get a continuous cycling screen.. it worked fine then started doing this. I have reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, ensured all updates are completed and it still will not load. I have no idea why my phone won’t load it, it works fine on my PC.. any insight? Thank you!

There was a known issue where the Live View wasn’t showing for some merchants using the Shopify app on mobile devices. Our developers have just released an update to the Shopify app however, version 9.72, to resolve this issue. So if you haven’t already done so, you can update your Shopify mobile app on your end.
