My new primary domain name is : TOAIArt.com
My old primary domain name was TOAI.in .
When I am doing Google search , my old old domain name is only showing :
How can I change old Domain name (TOAI.in) to new domain name (TOAIArt.com)?
Hi @SurTri I can see in your meta tags there are still places where you are using “Toai” or “toai.in” change those with new keywords maybe “toaiart” and “toaiart.com” respectively.
Once this is done you need to submit your store to the google search console for indexing

You have highlated in red is the meta title…If you have already changed the title then it may take time to index.
It takes 90 days to crawl a new website, if you already have submitted sitemap to google and verified a domain then I would suggest to work on branding and SEO.

@SurTri you can check in your theme. liquid file and there is one more file related to social media
social-meta-tags.liquid
You need to make changes in both of these files so it will fix for google and other social media too
Hi , I just added my new Domain ‘TOAIArt.com’ to Google Search Console as an URL… I was however , unable to remove the earlier Domain name.
I believe that it will help.
I saw my old domain name in a couple of places in 'theme. liquid’ which I changed.
However I did not find my old domain names in 'social-meta-tags.liquid’ … I have already made changes in Settings->Store Details and Settings->Domains.
Hope this will be sufficient.
