I ordered a product from the website “myswipeclean.com” and now when I open the website to view my order it says “Only one step left! To finish setting up your new web address, go to your domain settings, click “Connect existing domain”, and enter: myswipeclean.com” I do not think that my order is coming considering I ordered it in October and it is now December. I have also tried reaching out to them many times but not once have they got back to me. I would like to see if a refund is possible because I do not assume that my product is coming. I will do my best to assist you in this matter but to clearly set expectations, Shopify is the platform that helps businesses run their stores but when it comes to specific transactions such as sales, we do not have access over these matters.
We initially recommend you reach out to the store to inquire further on this matter but since they have not responded to your various attempts and months have already past, we recommend you contact your bank now, the one you used to make this purchase to inform them on what is happening to your order. They are the ones who can help you get your money back since you have never received this item you ordered.
