My Orders Placed on Sales Channel Wont Sync to Shopify

Same here. 2 different orders. Customer ordered, says TikTok cancelled because customer didn’t pay. Customer ordered again, paid, but order didn’t pull through to Shopify to fulfill. And both show that goofy message about not being able to fulfill. Really wondering if the cancel thing is jacking up orders.
