My partners account was suddenly get locked

My partners account was lock without doing anything, is this how they locked accounts on shopify. Kindly help me to look into it, have been trying to contact the support to unlock it all to avail. And have contact them already nothing have been done on it and I have store am working on currently that’s i need to launch.

Kindly help me out on this
