My payments was bloccked

I uploaded verification documents for my company two weeks ago. A red banner appeared indicating that I need to update my information, but I can no longer do that. I need to contact support. I reach out to support every day, and nothing happens; they only tell me to wait. Can you tell me how much longer I should wait?

First of all, how is this related to my question about payment blocking?
Secondly, my site is inactive and password-protected, so how were you able to analyze it?

I write to the advisor manager every day, and every day I get a response that they’ve expedited everything and to just wait. Yet, nothing happens, and I write to them again.
