Hi i recently started using Shopify and everything has been ok but recently I had a payout it was sent to my bank on file I received the deposit quite alright but 20mins later it got sent back I called my bank and asked what the problem was they said I had an issue with my account so they have reversed the payment so my question in this case is what will happen to the money now will it be deposited back into my Shopify account or how please I don’t understand and if so how long will it take.

When a payout is not able to be deposited correctly resulting in a failed payout, the money will stay in your Shopify Account.
You can check the status of your payout by viewing your Payouts from your Admin. You will also be able to see when the money will be paid out and at what date. Please let me know if you have any questions.
