My payouts are on hold. Support advisors escalate issues with progress. What can I do?

That’s my bad situation

Since June 13th of 2024, my payouts are on hold. My first payout was received by my bank, yeah. The 2nd one had an issue (says Shopify). Since then, I asked the bank, changed and updated the bank account info (as suggested by supporter advisors) and asking support on a frequent byses. I collect many unresolved issues that are “escalated” and worket on “asap”. There is no contact or info, not even some failed transactions. What’s going on, Shopify?

What can I do. Did you have a similar problem and how did you resolve it?

Thanks James37. I have collected quite some unresolved support tickets that are “escalated” and the team works “as soon as possible” on it.
Regarding the bank. Since Shopify initiates a transaction, they are responsible to figure it out with the bank. Ultimatelly, there is data privacy, etc. That’s what my bank tells me. I “updated” the bank account twice to make shure everything is alright. Furthermore. Why did the first transaction work and not the second one. So far, no info or contact attemp from Shopify side.
What do you suggest to do otherwise? Any experience?
