Issue: Product prices in Shopify revert/change every few hours due to AutoDS automatically pushing supplier data (price/description/title) to the store.
What’s causing it: AutoDS “price monitoring/auto pricing” syncs with the source marketplace and overwrites Shopify edits (reports say about every 12 hours). Edits done only in Shopify will be replaced; changes should be made in AutoDS.
Suggested fixes:
Disable auto pricing for new listings: AutoDS > Settings > Stores (left column) > Lister > turn off Price Monitoring (some note this is only accessible via Windows). Alternatively: Settings > Auto Pricing > off.
Stop changes on existing products: AutoDS > Products > select affected items > Bulk edit > Add item to edit > Price Monitoring > set to “No” > Save. Or open each product > Edit > scroll to bottom > disable Price Monitoring > Save.
Results so far: Several confirm this stops price changes. Others report updates get stuck “in process” for hours and prices still revert.
Status: Partial workaround available; no definitive fix. Recent posts ask for new solutions; key questions remain open (stuck updates, consistent prevention of overwrites).

I have seen other posts related to this one, but not exactly. My prices keep changing every couple of hours, even though I save manually them when I edit them.
The other posts I’ve seen on this are about DSers & Oberlo, but I use autoDS and I can’t figure out a way to turn off the auto price thing. Can someone help?
We are OneExperts from OneCommerce and we’re here to help you out.
It looks like you’re using autoDS tool and one of its main features is to automatically adjust prices based on the price changes on the original marketplace. You can try to do:
Hey, i cant find the autopricing setting, can you tell which exact setting folder that setting is in, because i cant find where to turn off my prices automatically changing, its very annoying. Be kind and reply asap.
Have you found a solution for this problem? Ive been having the same thing. Yesterday evening I changed all the prices back since I noticed a few of them were altered. Now I wake up and everything is back to original pricing. How is this possible?
The instructions in regards to changing the settings for the store will only apply to new products added after this change. This is in settings on autods(note only accessible using windows). In setting’s select the stores on the left column and then lister and turn off price monitoring.
Now the bit we all needed.
Stop prices changing for products we already added before we found out about this setting and its annoyance.
In AutoDS go to products.
Tick the products giving you all the price update troubles and select bulk edit at the top.
Now select Add item to edit and find price monitoring
A blank box will appear and you will be able to choose no
Now save this selection and hopefully that will be it.
I have just worked this out its not explained very well in the help section.
Hope this helps although I am a bit late to reply I have just started shopify and this has been really annoying for me.
Hi VIFRE, If you still have this problem try my reply to Smoothify to see if this is the fix you need.
If you have found something different let me know as I have just used my way so wont know if it fully worked until after today to see if the prices stick
Auto DS automatically pushes the suppliers information into your Shopify store and it overwrites the things that you have edited inside of shopify. It does this every 12 hours. Most of their customer service representatives and their technical people have not figured out why everybody’s data, titles, product descriptions and pricing keeps changing and they’re supposed to be the experts on their own product. You must do all of your editing of all of your products and prices inside of Auto DS. If you do any editing inside of Shopify Auto DS will overwrite it within a few days.
Hey everyone I have the same issue I followed all the steps but I have a problem it’ doesn’t want to update it’s saying in process once I changed price monitoring to No it’s not updated it’s still like waiting but I wait for more than two hours still nothing?
Hey Zack, it’s been 4 months since you commented this. I’m having the same problem. Have there been any new fixes? I haven’t been able to find any fixes on my own.
