The image might not be loading because the images you have added in description maybe be added using image urls and it is possible those URLs are broken (means there is no image at that URL).
So in order to fix the issue you can add a new image with correct image URLs or else try uploading the image directly to the shopify description.
Also if possible can you share me your store URL so that I provide you a more detailed explanation.

yes what i said was correct that the images that you have added on product description are deleted from shopify. For example you can see in below image that the html code I have highlighted in image below is the source code of the image.
When I opened that image link on a seperate browser it led to a broken URL saying that the image is not found.
I am adding the Image URL for your refernce.
So to prevent this you have to add new images in product description itself on shopify
