My product pages have had something weird happen

Hello,

Ive recently returned to my store to upload some more products. I have done this many times in the past as i am constantly updating with new clothing products (i sell vintage streetwear online).

When i have checked my website, i noticed that there has been an issue with coding or something, but now my product pages look like this (see photos attached) and i have no idea how this has happened.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or would anyone be able to lead me in the direction of fixing this?

In screen grab 1 - that is now what majority of my product pages look like (not ideal). Please note, my website doesnt include logins like this on every page, only at checkout.
In screen grab 2 - that is what the page was originally set as.

I am not a coder, nor have i tried to change anything with coding, i have a handful of apps for my website but this is only a recent change that i have noticed.

Any information would be incredibly helpful.

Looks like you have added an “Ultimate Trust Badge” app which is creating this issue.

But on the storefront, it looks good.
