Please help! We are supposed to launch our store this Monday and I’m experience a weird issue that I’m not sure how to resolve.
I have several products loaded into the admin but only plan to rollout a few products on launch day. So I removed the products that are not launching from the online sales channel (unchecked the box) but I left the item active because our fulfillment team needs to send samples of some of the non-launch items out to people (so the item can’t be in draft or we can’t create a manual order for those samples).
However, the items I’ve marked as not available on any sales channels (I only have 1 - online), are still showing up on the store. Several hours ago when I first unpublished the non-launch products, everything was fine and the shop only showed the items that still had online sales channel checked. But then I came to the store to do something else just now and all of these products are showing!
I’ve attached a screenshot highlight just three products that show “0 sales channels” on the back end but they are showing live on the site. It’s happening with pretty much all of my products. Any ideas??
