My shop got terminated today. I received an email saying I cannot access my shop. Is there a way I could just retrieve my customers orders? I’ve putted a lot of effort on building my store and maintaining my customer. I won’t be able to full fill my customer orders because of this. This might reflect bad on my brand.

This happened to me a couple of days ago. It’s crazy that they seem to have no sense of responsibility to us, their clients. If there was something against their terms, they should have given us the opportunity to fix it rather than cancel weeks of hard work. The fact that they don’t have any support phone number is such a red flag that I hadn’t been aware of until a few days ago. If I don’t receive clear communication, I will likely file with the BBB, and I’d recommend you do as well.
