My Shopify shop has been closed for no justifiable reason. I have contacted the Shopify help center, but received no reasonable response. I have spent money on an agent to set up my shop. I have also registered the shop with the authorities in my country, only for me to wake up one morning with a notification from Shopify that my shop has been closed. I am devastated and upset because I spent a lot of energy and time setting up my shop, I subscribed to different apps like SEO, Klaviyo, e.t.c. No one is giving me a reasonable explanation on what I did wrong to warrant this action from Shopify. My shop was closed on the 9th of May 2025, and up until now, nothing has changed, even with the series of chats with the help center. Can someone tell me how to get help to reopen my shop?
