I have no words here. My account is deactivated without any reason. i am facing mental agony and trauma to face this situation. I have written multiple emails explaining that we have not done any unlawful activities and we are merely selling clothes online. One fine day you open up your eyes and see that your Shopify account is disabled. I have posted my concerns over LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Support Chats, Emails, etc… but just sitting in the hope that my store is resumed. No one from the team is giving me any concrete reason as to why my store is deactivated. My online business is the only way to generate income for my family and the same is been snatched by shopify for no reason at all.

I would be really grateful if someone can help with this to resolve. I am facing challenging times to overcome this situation where I am not at fault.

Our support team does not have access to account details or information regarding decisions like this. Sometimes businesses of different backgrounds are not a good fit for the platform and the decision to restrict a store is never made lightly. I recommend reviewing some other ecommerce platforms for your business so that you can continue with your online store.
