I have the same problem. I contact support and they said that they will see what is the problem. Its been a week already and no one have email me back with a solution

I am also facing the same problem.

It’s working in the same browser but respond too slow.

I suggest clearing your cache and cookies . When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in it’s cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. Let me know how you get on!
