My Shopify app has a new subscriber but that store isn't listed in the partner control panel (?!)

My applications logs show that my app has a new trial signup which converted to a subscriber, but that store isn’t even showing up in the partner control panel as a subscriber.

My application logs also show that a previous trial store just upgraded to a paid subscription, but that event isn’t showing up either.

Is it possible that some event reporting is delayed in the partner control panel? Is it possible that these are development stores, and that development stores don’t get reported there? Or is something else going on?

A few minutes after I posted this, the missing trial signup finally appeared in the partner control panel, about four hours after it happened. My application then received a webhook for the conversion to a paid subscription.

Looking at my logs, I still see three other outstanding events that aren’t reflected in the partner control panel. But, given the behavior above it seems like there was just some sort of outage at Shopify and the logs are delayed at the moment. Hopefully they will catch up.
