Some of my Shopify features didn’t work, so I can’t design my shop, anybody can support me, please.

What plan are you on? The Shopify Starter plan doesn’t include an online store or Shopify POS. If you want to use Shopify POS or create an online store to sell products, then you need the Basic Shopify plan or higher to access the Shopify POS app and the online store sales channel.
