A while ago I received notifications the home page of my store dashboard.

I checked my email and spam folder and all mail but there was no email from Shopify regarding the issue.

I went to the help section and contacted support. Shopify customer service representative Asia tried to help me and said that there is another department that deals with this issue. She opened a ticket. I received message on my inbox that the ticket is opened.

It’s already more than a week but no one contacted me and I still have not received any email.

I tried to contact Asia using Shopify inbox, no answer.

I went ahead and tried to contact Shopify Support once more, but every time I am logged out while trying to contact to live support.

I will appreciate any help.
