I have just created a shopify store and its showing inactive. When i contacted with chat support they replied me " This email is to inform you that after reviewing your information and website we have determined that your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. We know this is not ideal, however we won’t be able to help with your business. " What can I do to fix it? I have not committed any violations.
Hmm this sounds like something you are selling violates Shopify’s own policy. May I ask what you are trying to sell?
I am transitioning my electronics woocommerce store, amtradez.com, to Shopify.I discovered that my Shopify store had been deactivated after importing all the listings. Instead of deactivating my store, Shopify can get in touch with us if there are any problems with a product.

I don’t see any issues with the products I’m seeing on your homepage.
If you want, I can set up a new development store for you while you migrate to see if the same happens again.
