My Shopify Store Not Converting

My Shopify store doesn’t convert sessions. My ATC and reached checkout conversions are going up every day but i can never seem to convert any of them. I’m New To Shopify and selling products on the platform in general but i know how to organically promote on websites like TikTok getting over 100k views on videos so I have an idea that’s it’s something wrong with my sites homepage and design but any suggestion will help. Hey,

Can you please share login credentials or the URL of your website? So I will find the main problem regarding the problem. It may be a redirection problem.

Kind regards

Pooja

@JJTAIWO never give out your admin login credentials

@pooja_d_92 never ask merchants for login credentials that can be inferred as the admin account.

It’s okay to ask for storefront passwords , so if that’s what you mean you need to not be careless in your wording.

Further to access store admin shopify partners should use the collaborator access system, and only upon merchant request.

Yea I’m not going to give out my credentials but to be fair I didn’t but the link to my website before i edited it.

Genericism undermines trust - Customers get to the point of where they are being asked for sensitive information but the sentiment of how slapdash the site can leave them with zero trust in making a purchase.

The site looks like a generic drop shipping store, which will lead to weird behaviors in analytics because the site maybe wont be taken seriously by visitors.

People/bots also often go to the checkout to see total costs, and or abandon checkout in hopes of getting a discount followup.

Comb through the store feedback forum it is an invaluable resource of failure examples for all of the cliched mistakes every other traffic-but-no-sales merchant does.

Build a list of mistakes that can apply to your store, then iterate.

Then after building a list of common problems and acclimating yourself repost to the store-feedback forum with a different foundational approach.

Signs of Genericism -

Upon opening the link there’s an immediate popup, then when the popup is closed the top section looks like it could be yet another popup.

The header has alot of excess whitespace ; whitespace is healthy to a point.

The color aesthetics are kinda good but there are contrast/clarity issues with some text being too faint and the logo too small.

Excess widgets on page, un-established brands should lower the visual clutter throughout the site for anything that has not proven through testing that it improves the customer experience or increase conversions. See embedded image for a visual count of elements on page vying for custom attention
