I have an issue with my Shopify store. On iOS, and only iOS, I can’t seem to scroll down or up. I can scroll only when the page loads, but after that, it won’t move, On desktop, no problem. On Android, no problem.

Because you’re experiencing a scrolling problem, it sounds like this could be a theme-related issue. With a bit more information, I should be able to confirm if this is the case.
I appreciate you letting me know which operating systems and devices you’ve tried using. Have you had a chance to try a different browser on your iOS device altogether? For example, does the issue still occur when you use Chrome or Firefox on your iOS device?
Aside from gathering further context, I also suggest temporarily publishing a fresh version of your theme and testing it out again. You can do this by heading to the Shopify Theme Store and installing the same theme again. If the issue still occurs, then there is likely a bug in the theme. However, if you’re able to scroll with no problems, then it sounds like this may be related to some custom code.
It would also be helpful to know if you have made any code edits or installed any apps that may have led to this happening, as well as the name of the theme you’re using. If you are using a theme developed by Shopify, then I can have our Themes team investigate. However, if you are using a third-party theme, then you will need to reach out to the developers directly for assistance.
