My Shopify Store Was Deleted — Here’s How I’m Moving Forward

Hi

I was working on my store Procure stack for some time. Today when I tried to login in the store to access, It gives an error that the store has been deleted. This is totally absurd that the store has been deleted without no warnings or email & its totally unjustified. I have hired an agency for digital marketing of my store & now my store is gone.

Can a support person from shopify can give an explanation of how this happened ? Attaching screenshot as well.

Thanks for the reply. What about the status of my previous store. I have done a lot of work on that store & as far as I can remember I did buy a subscription for that store.
