Hello everyone. I found a way to help with this. Go to your domain host (in my case NAMECHEAP) switching your IP at your domain host to “23.227.38.72” After I did this, my website is now accessible to all ISP in Nigeria and the whole world. I hope this will help you guys as well. BYE
