Hi Tope, I had the same issue my website not working in nigeria , and i spoke several time with shopify support with no result. Can you please guide me how to switch my IP at my domain host to “23.227.38.72” . did you mean the A record? it is right now 23.227.38.65

Hello, Am facing the same issue too but I just figured out sth this morning that worked for me ( Nigerian of course) I added “www” to the URL ( www.mystorename.com ) and it worked even without a VPN .. You can try it out too and let me know
