Today I received an email from a customer trying to purchase and item from my store. I went to check and I see the add to cart button is not working. I see that all my products are not set to publish on a date and time and it keeps changing every 30 minutes. These products have been on here for months and months. I did not change anything on my store today or in the last few days. I tried to find the disable or delete these time dates but I have been unable to do so. This issue is costing me money!!! Can anyone tell how I can fix this or why this is happening? No one can buy anything from my store right now…
Hi Danny, I appreciate your response. I chatted with support on Saturday afternoon and the support tech changed something on my shopify store that has now caused the entire store many issues. The store is now missing reviews, size charts, policies on product pages, product pages now are showing options at the top over the title of the product. I am so angry that I now must seek help and pay someone to fix the store. I would think that a support agent would never make changes to someone’s store before they made a backup copy of it! This was my first time speaking to support and my confidence level is very low in the shopify support staff knows what they are doing. I worked on these issues for hours to only end with my store a mess and a now I must fix at my expense. If it was just a coding issue, then he should have said that instead of removing things he knew nothing about.
