My Shopify theme suddenly became not responsive for mobile

Hello, i tried to install an APP in my store, but when i uninstalled him my page responsivity for mobile just broke.

I will post bellow a picture of how my store looks like in mobile (the first one) and how it should look like in the same theme (the second one)

Obs: The Theme i am currently using is warehouse

Can you kindly let us know what app you have installed? It’s possible that the code in the app impacted the theme so we don’t know exactly what happened. If possible, please share your store access with us. We will check it for you.
