Hi, my shopify page is not running and I don’t know why. Wondering if someone knows why?

After checking the page, I’d like to let you know that the issue is coming from whether you haven’t set up the domain or haven’t verified the domain when you buy a new domain for your Shopify store URL.

You can check out this manual to learn more about the domain: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains

To fix a suspended domain, you’ll want to process the following steps:

  1. Go to Online Store > Domains

  2. Click on your “root” domain - The domain without the “www.”

  3. Click resend email:

  1. If you do not see this, then that means your email bounced. If this is the case, you’ll want to click on “edit” next to Registrar Information and update the email on file, which will automatically send the verification email.

  2. Once you’ve verified the domain, it should bring the domain back online within 5-30 minutes.
