My Store get Deleted now the are not replying i have all the legal documents and register business in Pakistan is there any way to get it back

i do not know what happened suddenly my store get error i refresh it and its show store unavailable
i am running ecommerce store in Pakistan with then brand name of Hamdanstore , i am running ads of Facebook through Facebook ads agency who is register in Facebook and authorized partner providing marketing services in Pakistan , i have there invoices as well for proof i am legal person not doing any spam
Second i have all the purchase bill of product and payment details which product i purchase from vendor too ,
3rd i am register person on Pakistan as well i have those documents as well .
Please help me to open my store
