My store has been offline and I've been locked out of my account for no reason!!

My store has been OFFLINE FOR 2 WEEKS NOW (plus I’m locked out of my account) for no apparent reason, and nobody I contacted has done anything about it! On top of that, I paid the monthly fees for AN ENTIRE YEAR on February 4th 2024!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. What else do I need to do to GET MY STORE BACK???

Thank you for the reply. But I HAVE been contacting support!! And they keep saying my issue has been “escalated”, yet here I am 2 weeks later, after multiple attempts and no resolution.My store is still offline and I’m still locked out of my account even though I have paid for A FULL YEAR (see attached).
I cannot verify anything as you suggested (compliance, billing, etc) because I AM LOCKED OUT!!!
All I know is I never made any changes, but received an email on September 5th saying my “Shopify payments information couldn’t be verified”, asking me to contact support (see attached). But I KNOW I’m paid up, and there is NO WAY for me to verify anything else!!!
Can someone PLEASE HELP???

I am now at 4 WEEKS of my store being OFFLINE even though I have paid the monthly fees for an ENTIRE YEAR! I’ve been contacting support every couple of days, and still NOTHING. They keep saying they are “looking into it”, that it’s been “escalated” and that they are “working on it”… FOR 28 DAYS now!!! This is shameful. Unacceptable. To anyone reading this: STAY AWAY FROM SHOPIFY!!!
