My online store miepmu.com has been shut down for 18 days. Shopify previously said I violated the rules, but I believe it was a misjudgment. I filed an appeal and submitted all the required documents, but I haven’t received any response. The store was closed without any warning, and I can’t even access the backend. Now my business has come to a complete standstill, and the waiting has left me feeling very frustrated and discouraged.
