- my shopify store for some reason is being shown as inactive when I try to open it, I tried logging out and logging in same thing happens I even tried on my laptop, on the laptop it says my account doesn’t have access to the store even thought I bought the basic plan for it. please help

Try going to shopify login page and then click on forget your password and then fill in the email that you used to create the Shopify account.
Other option is to talk with Shopify support providing your email and giving them your last 4 digits of your card information. They can likely sort out the issue.
