My store is currently unavailable!!!

I can’t get into my store suddenly. We was just uploading our products and filling basic information on the store. I don’t know why it is judged to be against shopify regulations. Did anyone encounter the same problem and solve?

I tried to contact shopify help center to know more details, but no reply.

Same Problem, We were redireted to the security page. The Page is pending when I manually location to my store manage page.

I am a developer, I looked up the chrome console. found the request was pending…

Thank you for reaching out and providing that information. I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with accessing your store suddenly.

I will need a bit more information before I can look further into this for you. Are unable to access your admin, storefront or both? Are you receiving an error message on the screen? If so, can you share a screenshot here or a storefront URL?

Additionally, can you check for any emails from our team regarding this? Sometimes emails sent from addresses that are not in your contacts may end in Junk or Spam folders so make sure to check those. I cannot access store-specific information through the Community forum due to our security measures in place. If you received an email from us, it would be best to respond to that email directly.

If you cannot find that email, then let me know if you received a ticket number when you contacted our Support team? Feel free to let me know what the number is.

I emailed a reply two days ago, but no response until now.

pending too…the biggest problem is I still received no reply from that team who closed my store.

All chats with shopify help center is just to wait for the team to deal with. But almost 3 days, no progress…

I guess the problem is caused by cache (maybe…), so try:

  1. open private window of chrome, there is no former cookie or session , just a clean enviroment, may be you will success.

  2. use app on iPhone or iPad, although both of them use the same mechanism of login, but like step 1, it provides a clean enviroment

  3. try access the page with proxy ( use vpn ), I am in China, proxy may help
