My store is down and I received no notification

Check with your ISP whether there is anything wrong at their end. It happened with us too as we had an issue on the server side.
It can be also due to some documents required at the backend in the Shopify panel which you need to upload. you normally get inbox mails about the issue which you need to rectify.

Although you have confirmed that you haven’t received any notifications, I would recommend checking the spam/junk folders in your email account just to make sure. Usually when there are problems with a store we will reach out via email with more info.
If you are unable to locate any emails from us in relation to this issue, then you should reach out to our support team using this link here. One of our advisors can authenticate you on the store, take a closer look at your account and then pass the information on to the relevant team who can assist.
Thank you to @sarahdollar for suggesting it could be an ISP issue, however in this case it is unlikely to be the cause of this, as your store is unavailable for me also.
