My store is inactive for the last 2 days.

My store is inactive for the last 2 days. I have consult the support Team twice but till now my problem is unresolved. Actually my payment to Loox app was failed because of my negligence being new to shopify. So i consult to shopify to activate my store so i can make payment, but till now there is no reply from support Team. Please resolve the issue.
