My Store Is Unavailable After adding Credit Card

After adding my payment card, I noticed that Shopify failed to process the payment, resulting in my store being marked as “unavailable” and inactive. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem, as it has happened with a previous store as well.

I kindly request your help in resolving this matter promptly. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the issue and provide guidance on reactivating my store. Additionally, I would like to ensure that the payment processing is functioning correctly to avoid any future interruptions.
