Hi,
Wondering if anyone could even offer some advice here. I have run my Shopify store for quite a while now and even after many attempts at indexing the site and pages via search console nothing ever works.
When I test this page it says it is indexed and shown on google!? Really confusing…
https://www.generationaudio.co.uk/pages/mixing-mastering
Also I have noticed when I google search my website name, no subheadings of any sort show below my website link, again very frustrating as many other websites do in the search.
Here is my website: www.generationaudio.co.uk
Any help would be much appreciated
Regards,
Scott

Hello @Gen-Audio .,
I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot. Hope you are having a good day.
There are a few reasons why your Shopify store might not be showing up in Google search results. Here are some things to check.
- I see 46 URLs of your store are Found in Google. If you have more URLS to be indexed, you can submit your sitemap to Google.
- Use the right keywords. When you’re creating content for your store, make sure you’re using the right keywords. You can use a keyword research tool to help you find the right keywords.
- Write engaging and relevant meta descriptions. The meta description is the short blurb that appears below your website link in search results. Make sure your meta descriptions are engaging and relevant to the keywords you’re targeting.
- Use alt tags for images. Alt tags are the text that appears when an image is not able to load. Make sure your alt tags are descriptive and relevant to the image.
- Blogging is a great way to create fresh content and attract backlinks to your site. Backlinks are links from other websites to your website. They’re important for SEO because they help Google see that your site is a valuable resource.
Here are some things you can do to increase your site’s popularity and get more traffic.
- Run social media campaigns. Share your content on social media to get the word out about your site.
- Guest blog on other websites. This is a great way to get backlinks to your site.
- Submit your site to directories. There are many directories that list websites. Submitting your site to these directories can help you get more traffic.
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey Scott, sorry to hear about the indexing troubles in the past.
I looked into this today and confirmed there are 113 pages indexed on your site on Google, including https://www.generationaudio.co.uk/pages/mixing-mastering.
One suggestion to help your site start ranking for more valuable search themes like “audio mastering services” is to expand your title tag (the blue clickable link that appears in search results) for your homepage and service pages to incorporate more info about what you do. At the moment, your homepage title tag is “Generation Audio”. Expanding this to “Generation Audio: Professional Audio Mastering Services” as one hypothetical option will help you rank in search for individuals looking for audio mastering services.
Regarding the subheadings you referenced (you’ll often hear referred to as sitelinks), these are auto-generated by search engines like Google for certain search queries based on their understanding of your site. Taking your site through an SEO foundation will help with generating these. We wrote a full guide on how to take the DIY approach to an SEO foundation here.
Feel free to reach out to me — I’d be happy to hop on a call and walk through this together.
