My Shopify store suddenly has DNS problem. I have taken the domain from Shopify and reset the DNS but still the website is still showing a DNS error. It has been 24 hours since this problem occurred. I have tried to talk to customer support many times, but I am not able to connect with them. Please help me how can I solve the problem.
Ok, so you took domain from Shopify and where its DNS is currently hosted?
Was it delegated properly?
Looks like it’s registred with Tucows, but there are absolutely no DNS records propagated beyond googledomains.com servers…
Need more info.

Who’s your DNS hoster, how your domain is configured at Tucows and at DNS hoster…

Have you already check that the DNS records are reffered to Shopify in your Domain provider DNS records?
Or can you share the screenshot of the currently DNS that you have.
I see the domain is already connected. Now the issue is seems that you domain might expired.
