Shopify is the worst platform ever to sell if you are a small business owner like me. So my store focused on selling Video games account, there were many store out there selling the exact same and more kind of video games account than me. My store was shutdown due to Trademark/Copyright infringement, Excuse me??? So why is other store allowed to sell the SAME video game account, and I am not???
The Shopify team handling this did not even try to communicate with me at all and just shut down my store completely with automated emails. What an absolute disappointment. Was told to provide written authorization reseller documentation from the brand itself or the receipts. Obviously it was impossible for a small business owner like me to actually get WRITTEN brand authorization document, so I provided the transaction between me and the account suppliers. But it was not accepted.
I did mentioned to update me for more accurate transaction record if ever needed, but they did not give a ■■■■ and just terminate my whole store… So back to my question, why is other store allowed to sell the exact same video games account like what I did and I am not?? It is truly unfair to me, and they did not even bother to explain further. I am disgusted by the way Shopify handling of these matters.
Please recommend me some other website host that will treat these better.
Preferably those with absolute Freedom so I don’t need to be treated unfairly.
