Hello,
My store was frozen after I updated my credit card. However, I did not receive any notification email. I also contacted Support many times but only received a promise to email in the future. Almost 1 month has passed and my store is still frozen and inaccessible. I also tried to create a new store but transferring the domain to the new store is not possible. This makes my customers leave me. It affects my business and employees.
Has anyone ever encountered a similar situation?
Please share how to overcome it.
