My store was shut down without any explanation.

I am selling printer inks, all legitimate business.

I don’t understand why they did this, without even explaining why.

I would move to another platform, no problem your service is not stable at all.

But apart from shutting down my store, why do you block my admin acess ?

I have to desactivate my payment, and some 3rd party in-apps, not to interfere with another platform.

This kind of practive is totally inacceptable.

I am asking for support to solve this, but no reply.

It’s Ok you don’t want my store in your platform.

But bloking access to my admin so that I cannot desactivate payment and other apps ?

This is almost criminal.

Hi did you have the same problem with shopify ?

I have absolutely no idea of the reason of shutting down.

It’s all legitimate business. I asked to Shopify, but they never explain.
