my store was taken down

one day i tried to log into my store, and it said that i did not have access to it. i contacted support and they said that my store was taken down temporarily because it was marked as fraudulent, and that it happens. This is fine but i was not given a warning, not given a timeline as to when i will get my store back up. They told me their team would get back to me, but nobody has. I contacted support to get updates but all they tell me is that their teams are working on it and that my request has been flagged as “priority”. They said my store is just taking longer than usual. I’m honestly just tempted to cancel my subscription and move to other shopping platform because I can’t even ship my orders out cause my store is down. can anyone help with this?
