I’ve put a lot of time and money into building my stores, and now two of them have been shut down before I even got the chance to start selling. This is my only source of income, so I can’t just sit around waiting. I’ve already sent in all the documents Shopify asked for over a week ago, but every time I reach out, support just tells me to wait with no real timeline or answers. They keep forwarding my case to the Accounts Department, but nothing is happening, and I’m just stuck here with no way to move forward.
If anyone knows what to do or has been through something similar, please help!

After reviewing your information and website (Store name), we have determined that you are in violation of Section Section 7 of the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy and we are therefore unable to support your business. We are terminating your account in accordance with our right in Section 14.3 of Shopify Terms of Service.
