My theme cannot fetch swatch images correctly

My store is a dropshipping store a print-on-demand model (Printful) currently customising my store’s collections page an error that beneath my products these swatch images for all color variant types is not appearing for example the normal calls black and brown appear but I more unique colour variant such as Black heather or blood brown only appear as white, tell me a way to fix this
