Hi all,
I have a critical issue for some weeks now. When some customers try to access my shop, they end up in a loop that does not even let them access the frontpage. I deleted nearly all applications, even the Translation App T-Lab, which the Shopify Support after several hours had detected as the culprit for this issue. Still, the error remains.
I urgently need help in this matter and am desperate as I conducted the support several times and nothing seems to work.

The Shopify support said it had to do with my theme and some 3rd party app, but it seems even after deleting the culprit app, it won’t work. Should I switch my theme entirely?

it seems like I could finally get rid of this issue. I reinstalled the culprit app that caused this issue and switched off certain settings within this app (recommended by the app developers) and it worked. I will mark this as a solution for anyone who will struggle with a never-ending refreshing shop. Thanks!
