I recommend checking out our FAQ page on why your store may be unavailable. If you’re still unsure based on that information, you can contact our live support team through the Help Center so we can look into this further. Since you’re not able to log in you can select Can’t log in to your Shopify account > I still can’t access my account, and then select one of the available support options.
