So like the title says my website is randomly becoming unresponsive. Like I can go on homepage
and then Select Book now and then I can’t chose anything to go back to home or another page/tab.
What seems to be going on ?
I am not able to click certain menu items either
Thank you for the store link and the screenshots. I was able to recreate the issue where the navigation menu at the top of the screen wasn’t working once I loaded the Book Now page.
Most of these issues appear to revolve around that page specifically and I can see some broken code errors when I use my browser’s inspect tool. I’d recommend reaching out to the app developer for your book now app directly for some troubleshooting. I can’t be sure, but I think it is contributing to your issues.

I disabled the booking button code and completely got rid of it and I am still seeing the errors and navigation issues.

Thanks for confirming that Anaya. I went back to the site today and I am not able to recreate the issues I was experiencing yesterday.
It does appear that your theme has been heavily customized or that you are using a robust third party theme on your store. Troubleshooting theme issues like this, especially when they only happen intermittently, is difficult to do and will usually require a trained developer to assist further. Since I am not able to narrow down the cause of the issue myself, this would be my recommendation.
I recommend setting up a fresh copy of the theme file you are using on the store to restore functionality in the interim. If the fresh copy of the theme is working as expected, then we know for sure that an app or customization of the theme is what is causing the issue.
