My website was terminated 2 weeks ago without any reason right after my 1st order for 2k. I got an email from the legal dept that they need some additional info about our company. I sent them all needed paperwork same day. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. They did not ask any info for the past 5 months and they deleted it without any warning after my first order. I would be ok if someone at least could send me the updates. The chat advisor cannot tell me anything. I lost my first order. They did not refund the client, so she disputes a transaction through the bank. She was so upset and said that we are scammers. Nice start for the business. I got on my warehouse the products for 100k that supposed to be sold on Shopify store. Now everything has stopped, and no one knows when it will be restored. I worked on my website for the last 5 months. Paid to the web designer and marketing guys. Spent about 5k. And now I left with nothing. I would start creating a new web store, but They even doesn’t allow me to get all store info and access my admin. So, I need to start all from the beginning.
It’s a really bad and frustrating situation for us. I would not recommend any one to start the business with Shopify. Thank you for ruining everything.
Hi @fusionhome ,

-
Reactivate Your Store: Focus on getting your store back online. Reply promptly to Shopify’s legal department with any requested info. Call or use live chat support to emphasize urgency and reference past communication.
-
Data Retrieval (if applicable): If reactivation fails, see if Shopify allows retrieving store data like product details or customer information (with consent). Contact support to inquire about possibilities.
-
Legal Considerations (optional): If all else fails and you believe Shopify’s actions were unjustified, consult a lawyer specializing in e-commerce disputes.
Best regards,
